Hi everyone.

Due to our ISPs new owners not willing to honour a 20+ year old contract our IP addresses are changing.

In fact our whole ISP is changing but that's not really important. What is important is that so long as everyone is using the DNS names for the mud then you should notice zero impact to your connection.

HOWEVER

I am aware that some people like to use the IP address in the misguided belief it is somehow faster, and that there are a few mud clients that don't pay any attention to DNS like they are supposed to and cache the IP address locally. In those circumstances please be aware you will have to update yourself - I'm not telling you the new IP address because you're supposed to use the DNS entry!

The legacy ID address will function until the 2nd of August, the new address range is active now and the DNS will likely start to migrate over the next few days as caches clear themselves out.
